Order Cancellation Before Shipment 
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it is shipped, whichever occurs first. 
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team via email. 
If your cancellation request meets the eligibility criteria, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. 


Orders Already Shipped 
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. 
However, after delivery, you may submit a return request in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. 


Order Modification 
Currently, changes to items, sizes, or shipping addresses are not permitted once an order has been confirmed. 
If modifications are required, the existing order must first be canceled (if eligible), and a new order placed afterward.
