To be eligible for a return, items must remain  unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.   
Ensure that all original tags, labels, and boxes are returned in the same condition they were received.   
Products that have been worn, cleaned, or altered in any way  cannot be returned .   
Return requests must be submitted  within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team.   
Items failing to meet these criteria will  not be accepted for return.   


How to Initiate a Return  

Step 1: Submit a Request   
Email your return request including your Order ID and reason for return to zencartopiafashionprivatelimit@gmail.com.  

Step 2: Provide Supporting Evidence   
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, attach clear photos or videos showing the issue to ensure faster processing.  

Step 3: Follow the Provided Instructions   
Once your request is approved, we will share  detailed return instructions with you.   
Please note, returns that do not comply with our guidelines may be  rejected .   


Refund Process & Timeline   
After receiving your returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm compliance with our return conditions.   
You will be notified whether your refund is  approved or rejected .   
If approved, the refund will be credited to your  original payment method within 5–7 business days , and a confirmation email will be sent.   


Partial Refund Guidelines   
If an item only partially meets the return criteria (e.g., minor damage or missing packaging), a partial refund may be offered at our discretion.   


Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product   
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product, submit a return request  within 48 hours of delivery.
