Shipping Locations    
We currently deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India. International shipping is not available at this time.    


Processing Time    
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date of order confirmation.    
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with full details of your order and shipment.    


Delivery Timeline    
Our standard delivery typically takes 3–8 business days, ensuring that your selected fashion items reach you promptly.    


Failed Delivery Attempts    
If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect or incomplete address, recipient unavailability, or refusal of the package, the order will be returned to our warehouse.    
Customers may request a re-delivery in such cases.    


Damaged or Lost Shipments    
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence.    
In case of shipments lost during transit, we will either replace the item or issue a refund after verifying the issue with our logistics partner.
